The Portland Seed Library (located at the Northeast Portland Tool Library) is holding its annual Spring Seed Swap / Stock-the-Library event this Saturday.  If you aren\’t familiar with the Seed Library: it\’s open whenever the tool library is open–you can stop by and pick some free seeds out from whatever we have in stock.  We encourage folks to learn about saving seeds and then bring some back to donate at the end of the gardening season.

At the Spring event we give away lots and lots of seeds, but we\’ve been lucky enough to also receive extremely generous seed donations from folks like you.  Last year we received donations of over 100 varieties of seeds, and it really helps us keep stocked up for the year ahead.

So stop by if you can, meet some fellow PDX gardeners, and pick up some free seeds to take home for your garden.  If you have some extra seeds of your own to share, bring them in!  Details:
